If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Innovative Resources you may return it in ‘a saleable condition’ within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund the cost of the materials returned. When returning items please include a copy of the invoice. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Defective items will be replaced or the purchase price (including shipping and handling) refunded.
